Merge Readiness and Execution Checklist

Use this checklist to merge the business execution pack confidently and then execute it one step at a time.

A) Documentation readiness

  • Business execution hub is linked in docs navigation.
  • Team can locate all numbered execution docs from the hub.
  • No broken relative links in the business execution folder.
  • Naming/order is stable (00 through 08).

B) Ownership readiness

  • Program owner assigned for the master plan.
  • GTM owner assigned for ICP + pipeline workflow.
  • Commercial owner assigned for pricing/pilot policy.
  • Solutions owner assigned for pilot execution quality.
  • Ops owner assigned for KPI instrumentation and dashboard integrity.

C) Operating cadence readiness

  • Daily cadence defined (if needed).
  • Weekly operating review meeting booked.
  • Bi-weekly strategy recalibration booked.
  • Month-close review template ready.

D) KPI readiness

  • Baseline values captured for first 6 core KPIs.
  • Red/yellow/green thresholds agreed.
  • Escalation owner identified for red status.
  • Dashboard data quality checks assigned.

E) Pilot readiness

  • First design partner shortlist approved.
  • Discovery question set selected.
  • Pilot charter template filled for first candidate.
  • Pilot success criteria and baseline metrics signed off.

F) Commercial readiness

  • Pilot commercial model selected.
  • Proposal template finalized.
  • Objection handling owner assigned.
  • Procurement path identified for pilot candidates.

G) Decision gate (go / no-go)

Mark this explicitly before execution:

  • GO — merge and begin execution this week.
  • NO-GO — unresolved blockers documented and owners assigned.

H) First week after merge

Day 1: - [ ] Confirm owners and cadence. - [ ] Finalize ICP shortlist.

Day 2-3: - [ ] Run first discovery block. - [ ] Capture baseline KPI values.
