sdetkit ops init-template <name> --output <file> writes a workflow template to start from.

• sdetkit ops list
• sdetkit ops run --profile ci --jobs 2 --fail-fast
• sdetkit ops run --profile ci --dry-run

By default commands are offline-first and deterministic.
